John Fitz-Gerald

John was admitted to practice law in 1983. He graduated from DeQuincy High School in 1975 and attended the University of Southwest Louisiana at Lafayette, LA, prior to graduating from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and minors in history and English. John attended Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1983.

Tony Hebert

Anthony “Tony” J. Hebert was admitted to practice law in 1989. After graduating from Westlake High School in 1978, Tony attended McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 1983. Immediately following college graduation, Tony was admitted to law school at Southern University where he obtained his law degree in 1989.

Sid Rosteet

Sidney Rosteet

Sid was admitted to the practice of law in 1992. After graduating from Lake Charles High School, he served in the United States Army, and the United States Army Reserve and received an electronics degree from Sowela Trade School. He returned to McNeese State University while working in law enforcement and graduated from McNeese State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Southern University School of Law and was a member and President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. His areas of practice include criminal, family, and wills and successions, but his passion is creating forever homes with adoptions.

Matthew Duke Ducote

Matthew “Duke” Ducote

Matthew “Duke” DuCote was born in Knoxville, TN, Duke has made Louisiana his home for over a decade. After graduating from Knoxville Catholic High School in 2013, Duke attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology in 2017. Shortly thereafter, Duke was admitted to the Paul M. Hebert Law School at Louisiana State University and graduated with both Juris Doctor and Diploma in Comparative Law degrees in 2022 and lastly was admitted to the Bar Association of Louisiana earlier this year. Duke will be primarily based out of our Westlake office location. His areas of practice include Business Litigation, Hurricane Claims, Contractor Disputes, Family Law and Wills and Estates.
